GIVES YOU ABILITY TO EARN MONEY TO SELL OUR SYSTEM BY SHARING IN SAAS FEES OTHERS PAY WHEN THEY PURCHASE USING YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER

MY account – $5US per month for everyone involved – either using or selling the system

ACCOUNTS AND COMMISSIONS

1. A $5 account holder can have a website displayed with no ecommerce available. This includes hosting fees. Note – Bloggers and display websites.

2. Anybody with an account can sell the system to others using their account number as the “discount code”  for others to sign up for using or selling maginai.

3. Anybody that signs up using this “discount code” underneath an existing account receives a 6 month 50% discount to their SaaS fees – including the $5 account fee.

4. The commission system excludes $5 accounts at all levels.

5. First level “sign ups” underneath an existing account 20% commission paid to the existing account of “sign up” account SaaS fees.

6. Second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth level of sign ups downstream under an account are paid at 1% commission on all SaaS fees to the original account. Maximum commission to any one account is 25% of SaaS fees payable. 

7. To have an account the T&C’s must be signed off on. (note: These need to be attached to all accounts and retrievable for future reference. )

8. Each account is identified by an individual email address and a login password.

9. To access an account a user must login using their email address, their login password and use the authenticator app (attached to a mobile phone) to login in using the authenticator code that changes every minute.

10. Access to an account can only be done through the Maginai website login system.

11. Only account holders can have access to the app. If the account is not paid up fully the app is locked for that account. To register for the app the user/seller only need to use the login system to their account.

12. The only person that can change the payment/direction of commissions into another account is the account holder.

13. If an account is suspended because fees are not paid within thirty days, all commissions payable to that account flow to the default account of Maginai.

14. Billing of accounts sent five days before due. Receipt of payment sent day after receiving payment. Notifications sent every week of late payment. Last week of four weeks of notices to suspend the account. After thirty days of non payment the account is suspended.

15. If an account holder wishes somebody to work on their system on their behalf they need to provide login details and the company wanting to do the work on their system needs to buy an account and upload the app to access the account. NO ACCESS TO PAYMENTS SYSTEM OR COMMISSION SYSTEM.

16. An account holder can change their tech guys at any time to anyone authorised to work under our system by having an account and using the app to login using their account and then tapping into the users account using their password and email to access that specific account.

17. If a person wishes to sell their account or transfer their account to another  – they login change the details on their account to a new email address, password and bank account details for payment of commissions with credit card payment details for SAAS fees payable account to be completed. Until all of this is completed no change of account can proceed.

18. Accounts can be paid for by using credit cards, bank transfer, paypal, afterpay.

19. Commissions are paid thirty days after account fees and SaaS fees have been paid by the user.
