System databases

Databases within the system can be accrued by

Retail Module – New customers purchasing – data added automatically

Wholesale Module accounts being approved – data added automatically

Data can be changed or added by:

1. Wholesale customers login and change directly
2. Business management can update, add, delete from back end of system
3. CSV files of email lists added for email marketing module

Stockists module lists – automatically updated by customer edit, management edit, wholesale approval from wholesale module

CRM Module – potential clients are added to contacts’ database for future reference, where phone calls can be logged as notes of conversations for review of the history of clients.

Ordering Module where suppliers are added to the database as internal orders for supplies are registered within the system

Quotation Module – potential customers added to database for future marketing
Email marketing module – add csv files to market to potential clients. Use database of existing clients to email blogs, marketing emails, offers etc
