The support system is based on email interaction only at this stage.

The system under the HELP Banner takes you to a simple email layout that when completed is sent directly to our Help Centre.

You will be asked to define the type of help you want under

  1. I am a potential user – I am a user – I am a seller
  2. I need help with a) making changes to my system b) my system is not working properly c) payments and commissions. This way we can direct your question to the relevant support staff
  3. screen shots of what you are trying to describe can be loaded onto the support files when sending in a request
  4. action will be undertaken as soon as possible after the request is made
